I was a granny at 42, now have 6 of the darling's, eldest 17 next month and youngest 4 months. Best thing ever, school runs, baking, knitting, tooth fairy money, cuddles - amazing, highly recommended :)

Have to agree sometimes though it's difficult to eat enough when you're full up on fat, considering upping mine too

Having cream in coffee or with strawberries is the great thing about this WOE.

@Sarasmaintaining please be careful with peanuts and cashews, they are more legume than nut, almonds are better for you. Although if numbers are low a couple of spoons of sugar free peanut butter is good and helps with a sweet/carb craving.

If you're not bothered about stair count get a zip. Otherwise Charge is good and alerts you if your mobile rings.

@happylifex10 I seem to remember reading once about 'set points' where your weight 'sticks' at certain levels and you just have to wait for your body to adapt to losing again, very annoying especially when you know you've stuck to the 'rules'

@pagangds I set for 10 carbs, 30 protein and 60% fat. Your fats are much too low. Forget about low fat, but butter on food and cream in your coffee.

GrannyMayOz you must know my husbands relative she lives in Waikiki lol. So sorry to hear about your in-laws and their health problems. My weight has stalled/plateaued ?? Even though I have kept carbs low, will wait patiently for it to shift again, I sometimes think that 1400 cal or so is too low, or is it my age

Weight loss is weird, I'm losing from my forearms, can feel more bone. Bra fits better too - no pillows bursting out.

Get mine from Costco, huge tub for £12 ish. Tried it in coffee but prefer double cream and I use butter for frying eggs. Use it more on my hair lol!
