Slow or no loss
been following this woe for the last 6 weeks and weight loss is awful despite never having more than 10% of calories from carbs and recently much less. Woe is sustainable, but bigger reward would be lovely. Is it time to give up cheese and cream?

Dairy 'intolerance'
After not losing any weight, or measurement change for at least the last 3 weeks and having stuck to my lchf (10,60, 30) I'm beginning to wonder if it's the double cream that's causing it. Does anyone have any similar 'problems'?

healing
I got badly scratched by a bush in the garden last weekend but have healed up really fast. Before LCHF, similar 'damage' would take 2 weeks. Anyone else noticed this?

natural/greek yogurt
can anyone in the UK recommend a brand, they all seem very high in carbs i.e.6 or more per 100 grams. I like to add flaxmeal to mine - seems a bit more palatable that way, can't swallow the meal in a protein shake.

Flu
can you get carb flu more than once? Think this is week 5

harcome diet
Anyone on here, trying this and having success or failure. I really don't like meat, but gave it a try for a couple of weeks, if I have to eat another egg (apart from in a cake) I shall puke, I don't think low carb is for me unless anyone has any meal suggestions.

5:2 diet
any one else doing this? I find fasting (500 cal) days easier to not overeat than the other days, think it's because you aren't thinking about food all the time. At the moment I'm trying to do 2:1. Iris

This could be one just for the ladies, but since I started this 'new' way of eating six months ago, the last couple of months have been a disaster for my finger nails, peeling so much, that I can't grow them now, tried Healthy Hoof cream amongst others and just bought some OPI, is it lack of calcium, not changed household…
