You will 'go' less, because there's less bulk in your food but as a fellow sufferer I'd recommend chia seeds in full fat yogurt, coconut oil in coffee, plenty of liquids, vitamin c ( high dose) and magnesium tablets.

Only log breakfast and anything with a barcode. Never weigh meat etc
-
Do you like sea food i.e. Prawns with a mayo sauce, tinned fish, slow cooked meats. Mushrooms fried in butter and stir in some full fat Philadelphia cheese and chilli pepper....

The Protein Works make a diet whey which is low carb. Don't know if they ship outside the UK. It's ok for a rushed lunch when I only get 15 minutes.

If we're discussing tinned fish, mackerel is much more 'meaty', less bones than sardines too. Salmon preferably red, if you still have money after Christmas.

We are the happy ones, all well fed on proper food. Added advantages of hwc and strawberries, smiling all the way
-
Give those ideas a go, thanks ladies

If you are in the UK, try Delouis, available from Sainsbury's and Waitrose
-
Vitamin C keep upping dose until you find what works maybe avoid dairy as that can cause constipation too
-
Looks like not available in UK

Jeans looser this morning, not worn them for about 10 days and didn't feel like this :)

Now I've read it on here, I've been really strict lchf since Jan 1st, definitely less blood (if any) after cleaning my teeth. Scales not dropping too fast but trousers all need a belt. Having upped my coconut oil to 20 - 30 g a day has really reduced my appetite too but no loss of energy.

I've started using Carringtons coconut oil in with my double cream coffee, if I add to hot liquid and as it melts the weight changes. I now put my 10g in the empty mug. Think it's an acquired taste, getting better every day, give some to the dog too in the hope it'll help with the excess moulting. Coconut oil has so many…

If you're having fruit with cream try some cinnamon instead. Teissiere are doing a sugar free addition for coffee in a couple of flavours, available in Waitrose (UK), similar little bottle to the Robinson squashed

Our shopping is his - biscuits, ice cream, bread, beer. Mine - cream, butter, strawberries, coffee. Ours - meat and selected veg.

I know it's difficult. We are out for the day on Saturday and there's nothing LCHF available from takeaway shops in UK. Might have to put some cheese in my pocket lol

A very comforting read - we are all in this together, with same cravings. I always make the birthday cakes for our family but no longer feel the need to lick the bowl!
-
I bought almond flour and coconut flour - but not baked yet. Got those in Tesco.

Thanks x

Add to protein shake with almond milk

Have to admit that last night wasn't hungry for dinner, but had some nuts just to get those calories and fats close to target. Was still 300 below.

Hi girls, I've been absent lately too, decorated whole house, knitting, holidays and work, where does time go. Wanting to get back to lchf, trying to kick the evening wine is tough. I live in Middlesex UK, happy to add more friends Iris

The Protein Works do a diet whey that's sweetened with stevia.
-
HWC or double cream in UK definitely best for coffee. Almond milk the unsweetened variety I use half and half with tinned coconut milk in protein shake.

I have 2 dogs fed on raw food Natural Instinct (UK ), their 'cousin' has come to stay while son and family have a holiday and she has bought a tub of kibble with her and it can go back same quantity cos under my roof she gets lchf and can have coconut oil too! Don't tell them...
