My children had no aunts/uncles/cousins, till they were grown-up, when my husband (only child) found his…

Just give lots and lots of praise every time your pup performs where you want it too, and ignore mistakes (even though its hard), doggies love to please, treats are great too, our youngest is almost 4 and 1/2 and still expects one when she has had a wee in the garden!

me too 3 weeks running nothing, zilch, zero, hips gone down though, will just have to be patient and stick with it, even though it makes it twice as tough - I need (expect) a reward from the scales each week. At least you are not alone.... add me as a friend if you like

Looking forward to buying (at some point in the summer probably) a bra with only 2 hooks instead of 3, fed up with these hammocks ! In the meantime there is a bit of spare room in my bra now, but not enough to keep a small cuddly animal in!!

I have got Salter, they do single gram increases + liquid measurement, only complaint is that if you put a large plate on them you can't read the display, so think of that before you buy. Plenty on Amazon, or Argos if you're in UK

I have one, delivered on 5 Jan, been wearing it ever since, fascinating to find out how well you sleep, and it definately gets me walking more to get those numbers up. Very discreet, and sync is easy, top-up charge in the evening when I am just watching tv or knitting. Would give it 10/10.
