145 :) Only 25 lbs to go, and I'm giving myself a year to accomplish it. I realize that is a really long time for such a small weight loss (in comparison), but slow and steady is my motto. Trying to make it a life change, not just a weight change. Best of luck!

But, feel free to do your own research and look for articles that support/do not support the benefits or risks of this particular move. Ask the PT for articles that support his views. I feel like I should be giving it up, because I love creamer (hey, it is fat free!) But I have a bit of a caffeine addiction, and morning can be kind of difficult, so I am sticking with the java.
