Tired of not feeling well, and have been on-and-off this site for a long time now. Ready to lose that 20-30 pounds by summer! I could really use some encouragement, as being in grad school and trying to work two jobs makes it really hard to stay on track. Thanks!
I have been reading about using whey protein in shakes and smoothies, but wondering whether or not I should use it. I know that lean muscle is great for fat-burning, but I'm wondering if adding whey protein to my diet will make me "bulk up." Thoughts from ladies who may have used it/anyone who has any perspective? Thanks :)
