Tired of not feeling well, and have been on-and-off this site for a long time now. Ready to lose that 20-30 pounds by summer! I could really use some encouragement, as being in grad school and trying to work two jobs makes it really hard to stay on track. Thanks!

It's all about a life style change, not a diet. Eat clean, give up processed food and sodas, get moving, drink lots of water.0

I started a short while ago and I have never felt better. I followed the advice on the link below:

The calorie goal I have from the advice, is sustainable and I have never felt hungry.
It is difficult if you are busy, but if you just remember to log everything you eat or drink and stay within your goal, have plenty of water and do some exercise you will see success.0
