I would say to try to lose what you can before you get pregnant and definetly be mindful once you are pregnant of what you eat especially during the first trimester. Same here! I am a stress eater and at that moment the food makes me feel good...then once it passes and I am digesting...I feel miserable!!! Bad roller coaster!

I agree with others...can you join a gym with child care. That is the only way I get in pilates and spin. Also, I am doing Jillian's Ripped in 30. I am actually on Level II of Ripped in 30 but would love to join the group. I need the motivation to stay on track with my nutrition. Sometimes I use the tough workout (also been doing pilates 2-3x/a week and spin 1x/week) as an excuse if I don't stay on target with calories.
