I logged calories burned for working out today and now at the end of the day, it is giving me adjusted calories from my fit bit. Should I delete the calories tracked from the workout and leave the fit bit calories?

As long as you logged the correct time, you're fine. Your Fitbit adjustment is from your entire day, and what you logged on MFP is overriding that specific time frame.0

Thank you!! I wore a heart rate monitor during the workout.0

Yes, any exericise you log on MFP is synced to your fitbit account. If you long on the fitbit website you should see the exercise entry there as well.0
