Im thinking on getting a digital scale because im having the same problem. I heard they are more accurate. Also weighing in the mornings are also best because our weight fluctuates throughout the day.

Hi me too. Im going to the dentist on Wednesday. I was wondering if its was because Im not eating enough calcium. Because before I would drink milk daily.

Feb 1=202 Feb 8=200 I triéd weighing in after Wednesday but I was blocked out. I'm happy to see its open again. I'm working out daily and watching my calories.

I know exactly how u feel. I too have lost 26 pounds in total and have a problem with my work pants. They are falling off me . But I'm excited about buying new pants, I'm estimating I'm like two sizes down. Goodluck to you and I wish u the best.

I thought it was only me. This morning I weighed in at 200 flat and I'm hoping it stays that way til Monday when I usually weigh in. But I'm extremely excited to be in the hundreds again. Good luck to us all.

Protein is essential for weight loss to sustain muscle. I think MFP sets the bar to low for protein because i try to eat a low carb diet which is high in protein so im always over in protein.

you can probably try aerobics, it has different settings like high impact, general, or low impact. if u were breathing pretty hard i would put high impact. Hope this helps.

my two younger kids are 5 and 3. After i dropped them to school in the morning i go to my morning aerobics. If i workout at evening, i will take them with me walking. My 3 yr old in the stroller and my 5 yr old loves to push her.

try eating at least an hour before workouts so your food can be settled and u can have enough energy to endure your workout. I hope this help.:smile:
