This is what happens to me on my 3rd or 4th day of low carb dieting. Your body goes into withdrawal swings but after a week or two you bounce back and the sugar cravings are gone.

I add vanilla or a sweetner and drink it nicely chilled. Or in my bran cereal or with chocolate protein shake and peanut butter blended. Super yummy:happy:

I know with me personally, when it is getting close to that time of the month. I gain at least 3-5 pounds from bloating. Then afterwards i would see the pounds i shoulda lost. Dam hormones! lol

In your mind you think you look ok. In the mirror you thought......maybe I could lose a few pounds. But when you look at a picture, you're like " when did this happen!!!!!!!! That was my wake up call.

I just used it the first time yesterday because the data base didnt have the item i was looking for and I didnt have the time to add it. So I used the quick add seeing that I knew the calorie count.

Any volley ball player. I admire their physique. long and lean midsection and long and lean arms but not too muscular. I dont know how imma do it because i dont even throw a ball. lol
