Oatmeal with blueberries, walnuts and vanilla protein powder is what I have for breakfast EVERYday. My cholesterol is now 142! Keeps me full until lunch and I never get tired of it!!

No, but I would. The tortilla chips I eat have flaxseed. Love the taste and crunch. I gotta get some and try it in other things. Thanks BTW my total cholesterol is 142 LDL 89 HDL 41 Triglycerides 60 I'm just so happy about it I tell every one!! :)

I don't do much research on an item someone says don't eat, BUT I do a lot of research on foods experts recommend. I have added many "Super foods" to my meals and am better for it.

I put fresh salsa on the filets, then top with lower fat cheddar cheese. Bake until done. 400 for about 25 min. Depending on thickness of the filet. You can serve it with brown spanish rice and avocado salad.
