OK ladies, I have officially decided against getting another Fit Bit. I will decide by tomorrow what HRM I am purchasing and I will share. I am going to read about a couple more before I go to sleep. Nighty night.

There are different songs or artists for different workouts. For cardio, I really like motivational songs. For strength, I prefer "kick butt" songs. And for cycling, I get them all in there somehow. :)

Excellent!!! You are one step ahead of most! Remember . . . The quality of those calories is what counts. It sounds like you are a very healthy cook. Whole foods vs processed foods with saturated fat and high fructose corn syrup, etc, etc. Remember quality over quantity. Don't get hung up on the number.

BETSEY, I TOTALLY AGREE WITH SHERRY. IT IS TRULY THE ONLY ACCURATE WAY. MANY OF US THAT HAVE BEEN DOING THE SAME WORKOUTS TEND TO GENERALIZE, BUT I WOULD INVEST IN A HEART RATE MONITOR.
