Woohoo! I had a raspberry cheesecake special k bar and green tea as a snack... Really satisfied my sweet tooth! Will be having a couple of slices of pizza with veggies.... Really worked my butt of this week and I want a treat darn it!!

I agree, we have to change our mindset toward food. I also figured out that I am an emotional, when I'm stressed out, food is where I turn. Although I've gotten better and as much as possible put exercise in that place of emotional eating, its still a struggle!! Wishing you the best on this journey and if you need support…

You are going to have to see what works for you... I gave that method a try for 7 days and maintained my weight. On none exercise days I eat my normal calories on exercise days I may eat 150 of those calories but not much more than that.... Good luck to you in reaching your desired goal!!!

I must admit it was hard at first to let go of my old clothes but afterwhile of still putting them on I felt really uncomfortable because it was slouchy like.... I just donate.... Sometimes I do especially on weekends which are more struggle.... But sometimes I may just eat 100 calories back... You will need to find what works for you... Everybody is different.... Good luck!

I drink about 100 ounces of water a day during TOM to help with the water retention. I too crave sweets and chips, I have them too. But instead of a whole chocolate bar I break pieces and spread throughout the week. I get small bags of chips. I just make sure they fit into my calories for the day... Hope you find what…

I added my own Zumba exercise and put in the calories burned based on my HRM... Believe me depending on my energy that day the calories burned vary...

From what I understand lifting is building muscle so not a bad thing. I do weights no more than 15 pounds and starting to see definition. Keep at it especially if you are on track with everything else!

I'm 5'0" and targeting to be between 140-135... I have never been this small but that is my goal! Don't really want to get smaller than that just want to be fit and healthy. I like a little thickness... Lol!

Yes a HRM is a rude awakening! It is more accurate than the machines and the calories MFP gives... I always go with the lower #. I do try to stay in the fitness zone during cardio usually drop to fat burning while doing strength... Good luck!

It took me over a year to get where I am.... I never want to go back to where I was.... So I keep on exercising and eating healthy as I possibly can... Some days are better than others but eventually I check myself...
