My April Goals: Lose 4 pounds Exercise 6 days a week Drink 72 oz of water a day One green smoothie a day

I use mostly frozen fruits (berries, kiwi,) & spinach & banana too but I usually add unsweetened almond milk! I'm actually doing an April green smoothie challenge! Check out this site, they have wonderful clean smoothies! Good luck! ! http://simplegreensmoothies.com/30-day-challenge

2 days of drinking 80 oz of water or more. & exercised for 2 days as well. Eating has been on point... expecting a 2-3 pound loss this week!
-
Perhaps weekly!
-
This is right on time for to restart by healthy eating plan!
-
Worked out six days straight and doubles on a couple days... body is sore but I feel strong. This time around I really watched my form to avoid injuries!!

I had a bad bout with bloating a couple of weeks ago.... Turns out I was not having regular bowel movements.... Got a hold to some ground flaxseed, added it to oatmeal and smoothie.... More frequent bowel movements less bloating!

Yes there is a difference! Keep up the good work!!

Eat your rice!! Everything in moderation is the key!!!
-
Just hang in there over time you will have a much stronger will power over time especially as you begin to see more results. I had and frankly still have the same issue with my husband but it balances out overtime, some days I just pass and continue with my plan.

I love to exercise to music, even have my toddler jamming to music to exercise too!
-
Weekends PERIOD... I kick butt all week with eating well and exercise! Then the weekend hits, I exercise but my eating is an Epic fail! I do fine during the day but at night its ughh.... I'm working on this issue though, will really try to focus on better choices!

Take the loss as a loss but more importantly keep yourself hydrated!

Hi Everyone! I've been on this journey for about a 1.5 years... My weight loss has been slow and steady which is how I planned it this time around. I still have weight to lose but still not rushing it, the key for me is to stay active and to not restrict myself so much that I become anxious / stressed... Wishing everyone…

Thanks for sharing!!! This a good core workout Yay!

I know the feeling, I'm teetering in the 150's.... ! We will get of this decade soon! LOL

Just fit it in somewhere.... Get up early or work out late.... Good luck!

Complete and legs on fire!

I will be resting from squats today but will be taking step and zumba classes tonight....
-
Are you squeezing your butt as you come up out of your squat?? The back of my thighs and butt are sore..... My PT always tell me to squeeze!
-
I had that same problem area, for me, running ensuring my arms are in constant motion has helped in addition to pull downs.... Good luck!
-
Better late then never, 60 squats complete with two 10 pound dumb bells!
-
Wishing you much success on your journey!

When I ran my 8k on Sunday, Endomondo and my HRM were pretty spot +- a few calories. I was pretty surprised how it picked up the calorie count. I was using a SportsTracker app and the count was no where near my HRM.

Done with 5-pound dumbbells!
-
Get ready for the soreness all the time, just keep pushing through it! Soreness is good, means you are working!
-
Congrats!! Keep up the amazing progress!
-
