Is there a such thing as too much cardio?
I've heard some rumblings that doing to much cardio is counterproductive and is not needed.... For instance one does an hour of cardio / strength and turns around and do an aerobics class (i.e. Zumba) the class doesn't do anything for the body. Your thoughts?

Belly Fat Success
Has anyone has any success with losing their belly fat? In reading most say its around clean eating but I know every so often I pop a Smart One in the microwave and I eat a slice a bread. Just wanted to see what works. I heard that doing belly exercises will not help its all about the food....

Has anyone seen results without actually getting a personal trainer? Have you designed your own program? I have mainly focused on cardio to lose weight and now over the past few weeks have incoporated some light weights after my cardio.
