Keep them, eat them in moderation. I may have 1-2 frozen meals a week if time doesn't permit me to make a meal....

Weekends have and are still rough for me.... I just go into the weekend thinking do your best, try to remember portion control, track and exercise. And ultimately don't blow all your hard work from the entire week for a weekend of lack of commitment! Good luck!

I use country crock light butter but use it sparingly.

I have a digital Taylor food scale from target that I use daily along with measuring cups. Portion size is definitely something I need to watch as I am not good at eyeballing food! Good luck to you!

I eat when I feel hungry, that may be every 2-3 hours especially if I work out in the morning..

I don't mind doing both! But sometimes if I want to go hard I will go alone!

I usually eat after I come home from working out. Since I'm eating throughout the day, I'm usually good before the workout! In the end, go with how you feel..

Calories burned will vary by person. I have a heart rate monitor which tells me the calories burned. I burn anywhere from 300 - 340 an hour depending on my intensity with Zumba!

When I first started out, I went hard like 6 days a week and I'm going to get back to that... Now I'm at 3-4 times a week!

To see pots & pans in the fridge! Too many storage bowls for my husband to just through the pots in the fridge. .. Lol!

When I lost weight, my breast were the first thing to go and my old man kept making snide remarks! But I continuously say as long as they are healthy then I'm ok with them either way!!
