Hey! You can do it! If you are ready to make the change, there will be good days and bad days, but as long as you have more good days than bad, you're in the right direction. I joined a "get fit don't quit" group on facebook and it is extremely helpful to be working toward your goals with a group of ladies. We all start…

stay and offer him some workout clothes so we can workout!

We can be friends on facebook and I can add you to a group of amazing ladies. There is no pressure except to become a better version of yourself. I just ordered PiYo as well. I love going to my gym but sometimes, I need to sneak in some home DVD's while the kids are napping. There are many days where I want to choose the…

I enter it as "circuit training" and has been pretty accurate so far (I wore my polar HR monitor to check a couple times).

I'm 26. yay for 20's. Also, if anyone else is starting out and have absolutely no idea how to start with eating clean or exercising. I can totally help! Fitness has always been a passion of mine. I love a good exercise program with a schedule. This baby weight is taking forever to leave my body but I'm slowly making…

It usually takes a few months for people around you to notice any weight change...especially if they see you everyday. If you meet up with some people who haven't seen you since -10kg, they'll be able to notice a difference if they pay attention to that kind of thing. Otherwise, they'll just think you changed something but…

How do you feel about yourself? I made the decision to lose the baby weight after having my second baby...it was really tough...but I wasn't attracted to myself and wanted to make the change. I started with T25, a program that was only 25 minutes a day (doable with two kids) and then moved onto Crossfit. It has been about…

thanks for sharing! can't wait to get where you are! :)

have you tried swimming? Your body works harder even if you're just sitting or floating in water. It is very low impact. I would try to get a gym membership where there is a pool. So you can start by walking 5 minutes a day and sitting in water for 10 minutes, then gradually add 5 minutes every few days or week. :) You'll…

I'm 19 days postpartum and nursing my baby (2nd one). Let's be friends and motivate each other! Obviously it's going to take me a while become I really start to "exercise" but will probably start walking after my doc clears me :D

Hi! I cosleep with my 18 month old (breastfed for 14 months), now expecting another baby due in less than 2 months. Can't wait to start exercising again. Feel free to add me :) I used 30Day Shred before and will start on that again in a few months...will probably run as well, and work my way up to insanity :). Let's…

For those moms who exercise during "lunch break." What are your workouts like? Do you shower at the gym right afterwards? I find it almost impossible to get in a 30-35 min run, shower 10 minutes, dry hair...and return to class/work all in under ONE hour lunch break.

Hi, I understand what you mean about the inactive mom groups...so far I haven't found one that I update to. Maybe we can start one? A supportive community (even online) can do wonders! Would be even better if we lived closer so toddler playdates can be mixed with exercise. Wouldn't that be a dream. I have a 18 month old…

You're doing great! Make sure you give your body enough time to recover before exercising again. The previous post is correct: you don't have to run for an hr and a half, just 45 minutes will help you lose weight at a steady pace. As for the one or two pound fluctuations, I really wouldn't even think about it unless it was…

herbalife. I lost a few pounds the first three weeks and then stopped losing weight. I still drink their shakes and eat their chocolate bars (for past 2 months) because I like the taste. My hair has a natural shine to it, and my nails are growing strong and fast. Overall, I feel clean and healthy due to their products. As…

Hi Sunsine, You can eat your chocolate snacks, just have one or two at most. There is no reason to deny yourself that satisfaction ( I eat chocolate protein bars and it does the job for me). If you eat milk chocolate, switch it up to dark chocolate (I personally don't like it much but it is MUCH better for your body, of…

You can go on amazon.com and search for it. It is available for instant stream from any computer when you sign in OR just download straight to your computer. The best thing is, it is only about $5 TOTAL for all three DVD's. (of course you don't get physical DVD's just the ability to view them anytime and anywhere). Sounds…

You're not alone! I gained 55 pounds with my baby, she is now 6.5 months and I'm still nursing her. Breastfeeding did not help me lose weight at all. I lost 6 pounds total in the first 6 months (one pound each month). Now, I'm starting to exercise and count my calories since I'm more confident that my milk supply is…

Some many people offering to be added....i guess i'll pluck a few from this list too. haha :D yay friends!

Hi there! Congrats on starting! I just started using this program last week (after a 3 month hiatus)...but now I'm back and have so far lost a couple pounds. It works! We just have to be honest and keep up with it. I've also started some light running again. Are you exercising? Also, please post about the fitbit after…
