Thank you all for sharing your experiences! I think I also have to work it a littler harder too. It is so hard to be patience, because it is like all of a sudden you have this completely different body after slowly getting use to changes for nine months.

Saw your profile, I started my lifestyle change around same age as you and have been able to stay healthy for several years now. Also I did a lot of research into food addiction which I noticed you mentioned in your profile, add me if you want :)

Thanks for reminding me to see little one as motivation. I felt that way when I was pregnant with him. I wanted him to be as healthy as possible so I ate great and stayed active. I seemed to have lost that focus. Appreciate the support ladies!

I am feeling the same!!!!! It is ridiculous! I was so healthy during pregnancy, ate pretty great and stayed active and NOW post baby (he is seven weeks) I am eating up a storm (with lots of unhealthy choices) and I've worked out only twice. I am so desperate to go back to liking what I see in the mirror!!! Add me Mommies!

Hola! Add me. I just gave birth seven weeks ago. I was proud of my weight gain during pregnancy (35 pds) I was able to eat healthy while still enjoying lots of treat and stayed active (yoga and dance mostly). Look into Mindful eating. There are many practices you can do even with your busy schedule. Check out the Mindful Eating or Eating the Moment. Also if you google mindful eating some great links come up. This really help me when I realized I had an overeating/binging problem.…

I LOVE Bikram Yoga, not much ever in the moment because it is tough! 105 degrees and 40% humidity and not a class if you are looking just for stretching and relaxing. been so curious what the calories I burn during bikram are. Won't get it if doesn't really tally it for yoga.

Post really moved me today. Just went to Bikram and did the best I have ever done. During all the postures was thinking to myself "decide" to do it and I seriously pushed farther than ever. Thank you!
