Try freezing your onion before you chop it (if you are going to be cooking them) that can cut back on the reaction that you get to the oils

Maximus, You know what you need to and are supposed to do. Now is the time to get up and DO IT!!! Stop feeling sorry for yourself and get angry at those pounds. I have found that unfortunately it seems that the first thing that people lose when starting a weight loss journey is their common sense.... It is unfortunate that there are so many mixed messages available to people! Thanks for all of your good posting. :drinker:
