Check your camera, most newer ones have a timer so you can take a 'selfie'. That's how I did mine. It allows me 10 seconds to get to my spot to pose, then it takes it. If you're serious and that concerned about your 'food and diet obsession' you might look into 'overeaters anonymous' it's totally free. Try a few meetings, read the literature and you can decide if in fact you DO have an eating disorder. Good luck and stop making excuses.

I find that if I am roasting meat it tastes better if I wrap it in aluminum foil with spices and put it in the crock pot that way. It cooks in it's own juices and doesn't have that 'boiled in water' taste. It comes out wonderful and tender. Sometimes I make a pork roast and shred it, then add barbecue sauce for sandwiches.
