At least one other person's already said this, but get the single serving size. It's like a dollar for a little container of it (which isn't good sense financially, but is good sense calorically) That way, you have to stop when it's gone, but it's less than you would otherwise have eaten.

I don't have any advice, but want you to know I'm with you in the problem of suddenly seeming to be unable to stop eating crap. It's like every time I think I'm making progress some secret sabotage code kicks in.

Gained 1.8 lbs :frown: However, it did cause the funny accident that I did the Check In and accidentally typed 152 and the site went "Woah, you've lost 100 lbs since last check in, do you want your goals recalculated?" and I had to hit back and put in 252.

When I joined the Army, the sudden increase of exercise caused my period to stop for 6 months. Now, this time, I'm not exercising anywhere near as intensely as I did in the Army and my periods have gone from being every 35 days to every 29 days.

ejbarker I, too, have a tendency to self-sabatage and thinking I can't do it. Sometimes it gets to be too overwhelming when looking at the big picture, but the people here are great for support and for helpful ideas.

It's cool that you guys can do this. I couldn't because I hate bananas (seriously, merely tasting them sets off my gag reflex) and I hate pineapple. I also can't chew anything hard because I have a damaged jaw, but I'm glad to see that it's helping some people.
