  • I did it, and I actually didn't burn as many calories as I thought i would (I wear a HRM). It was a good workout, though. 9 more days!

  • I just finished Day 20! Buh-bye Level 2! On a happy note, I took after pictures (I take them after each level) and compared them to Day 1. Wow! My husband was even super impressed. I still have a long ways to go, but I can totally see a difference. We are awesome!
  • The knee thing scares me. I have sort of a bum right knee, but I have been able to manage it through Levels 1 and 2 with NSAIDs and ice. Hmmm... Thanks for the heads up!

  • I sweat a lot too. I sweat more with Level 2 than I did with Level 1. Ick!

  • Done. So. Tired.
  • I did it! I remember how I huffed and puffed on the first day of Level 1 and now I am doing fine. Yes, there are still places where I struggle, but it is sooo much better.

  • The last strength move kills me too. I am doing Couch to 5K with the 30 day shred, and I struggle on the days I run and do the shred, but I am getting better. I feel tons better and my clothes look better. How does everyone else feel?

  • Woohoo! I did much better today!
  • I can finally say that Level 2 is getting easier, but it is still tough. I still can't finish the last strength move completely. My arms are are worn out after the chairs squats and shoulder v-raise-things. Whew!

  • Mission accomplished. I burped my lunch the whole time (yuck...sorry for the TMI), but I got through it :) We are almost halfway there!

  • I mixed in 5lb weights with my Day 8 Shred workout last night. I used the 5lbs weight for the majority of the exercises but switched to the 3lbs again for some moves. If you can, try it :) I am not terribly sore this morning, so I will do it again for Day 9.

  • I just finished Day 8 as well. I am getting better at everything, and I look forward to moving to Level 2. I haven't checked it out yet, so I have no clue what I am in for.

  • I felt great after Level 1, Day 7 yesterday. I will do Day 8 this afternoon while my little guy is napping or this evening after he goes to bed.

  • I'm doing Day 6 tonight! So far, so good.

  • I just finished Day 5, too. My legs haven't really been sore but my poor arms ache still. It is getting "easier", though.

  • I totally agree! I can do the first round of "girlie" pushups fine, but the second round KILLS me. My husband sat on the couch and played on the computer while I worked out. He, of course, had to tell me not to "wuss out" with the second set of push ups. I told him I'd like to see him get down here and do it with me and…
  • I just finished Day 4 and it was the toughest day yet for me. I so did not want to get up and do it after I put my son to bed, but I did, and I am glad it is over. I am on Level 1, day 4. I plan to do it for 30 straight days as well. Whew....
  • I just bought the video today, but I haven't popped it in yet. Count me in! I may start sooner, but I would LOVE the motivation and support from you all. How do you plan on using it? every day? every other day? Will you still do other workouts too? Thanks!
