Cheesecake Factory has a pretty large "Skinnylicious" menu. Lots of options under 600 calories and the portions are good too (especially the salads..they are huge!)

Thank you all so much!!! All of these tips have been really helpful. I am an organization nut so I think planning ahead and getting in that extra workout or 2 will definitely help. Hopefully next Monday I can come into work with just the "Monday blues" and not the "dieting blues!" as well!
