Hmmm - height would help. I am 5'7" and weighed around 125-130 in High School. My goal is set at 150 but once I get there I MAY want an additional 5-10 - just depends how I look, feel and believe I can MAINTAIN!

Just create an exercise under my exercises. I use my HRM numbers but you can use the Wii Fit calories burned (hmmm - now that I think of it they don't do that for Zumba for Wii do they). I have an HRM and do the 20 min Free Run sometimes. I used to do the 10 min guided run and shorter free run too. I burn about 110-120 calories on the 20 min run. I use Oroweat/Arnold sandwich thins for sandwichs (100 cal) and get some artisan bread at the Farmers Market that has no fat, preservatives or sugar. I have bread a couple times a week and put it in my diary. I LOVE bread. Since it is not a diet for me - but a lifestyle change - I am having the things I love in moderation.

Honestly it depends on the type of exercise. I find some of their numbers are lower or equal to my HRM numbers - many are higher. If you have programmed your HRM to you I would stick to those numbers. I never eat ALL my exercise cals anyway!

Honestly - if really depends on how good the cooks in the kitchen are and how they are trained on portions and recipes. It does not sound like you were served the correct meal!

Great work! I know just how you feel. I used to say that about the 5 lb bags of sugar - then the 10 lb bag of potatoes! I have a little dog - so we don't have any 30 lb bags of dog food around LOL. Now - what comes in 50 lb bags.....hmmmmm :-)

I believe our "happy place" is where we feel healthy AND can maintain. I have a friend who went down to 150 years ago and went up and down for years. She is now 165 and CAN maintain - and feels good about it. Finding that happy place takes some time to figure oout. I think you have found it :-)
