You have to want it REALLY bad to put efforts into logging and exercising EVERY day. Keep very busy so you are not thinking about food all the time. I find my Polar is accurate and set up correctly. Have used it for two years. I find the MFP, other sites, and gym machine calories calculated WAY high. I am older and lighter - and def burned higher when I was larger. Anyway - I say go with the HRM numbers.

Been on a few since I have been on MFP - gained weight but was able to lose it. Still trying to get a few more lbs off from last one. Drinking does not help - I had one cocktail (martini bar) most nights before dinner and wine with dinner. Ordered seafood and extra veggies most nights and did taste a couple of desserts.…

And what do they do when the bottle is gone? Yep - start eating all the bad stuff again. WE will learn how to eat "skinny" forever. PS - if you cut carbs and dairy out - that is what is causing the weight loss - not the "magic" spray.
