  • You can do it!! I also work in an office where there is ALWAYS food. Try to switch your mindset and take PRIDE in saying "no thanks". And feel good when your co-workers say "you're so strong, I can never say no". Make each "no" a small victory and soon it will get easier. Not always..we all have our weaknesses and we all…
  • I agree..buy a measuring tape! If you're working out with weights, you might be replacing fat with muscle which will make you smaller but may not make you lighter. :) Be consistent with diet and exercise and the results will follow. Enjoy your skinny day and leave it at that! :)
  • I agree, if what you're doing is working, I wouldn't change it up. You could be over-estimating your activity level making the computer "think" you need more calories than you really do. If you feel good, are not constantly hungry and are losing weight, I say stick with it.
  • Welcome and good luck in your quest. Know that your body can do anything you set your mind to..keep moving, keep sweating and keep positive! :)
  • Beachbody Chocolate Shakeology made with 8 oz of skim milk. DEEEEELICIOUS! :)
  • I love Insanity!! I agree that if you're a guy looking for muscle building, P90X is probably a better choice. But as a woman without much upper body strength, I did gain upper body muscle with Insanity. Lots of definition in my arms and shoulders that I didn't have before. :-) Beachbody ROCKS!!!
  • I finished Insanity at the end of May and LOVED it! On Monday I'm starting Round 2 of Insanity. Haven't done P90X but know people who have and have had great results. I'm actually a Beachbody Coach so if you have any questions or would like me to be your coach, visit my website. www.beachbodycoach.com/mchellep And yes,…
  • Thanks all! @ckfilbert - I've already completed the full Insanity workout and am just starting over from the beginning. I got great results and love the workout...it's by far the hardest workout I've ever done. I'm a Beachbody Coach so I'd be happy to answer any questions. You can see my before and after pics on FB…

  • Welcome! I'm new here today too! :) Seems like a great site! I'm doing Insanity which also isn't in the exercise list so I just used "High Intensity Aerobics" instead. I think Insanity is probably even more intense and burns more calories but probably as close as I can come. Good luck in your journey!
