Thank you everyone , I do use kikkomans soy sauce in soups aswell ( but still add salt ) i am trying to substitute on salads with Anchovies thats not bad , ffteale : if you have maged to reach your goal then there is hope for me Well done to you . I reccommend interval training on your treadmill this seems to make a great difference it shocks your body , for instance 90 sec at a slow pace and then 90 sec at a jog and then pump it up for and run for another 90 sec s then back down again and so on do this for at least 30 mins and you will see results you can also add…
