  • Not a huge fan of veggies myself! What I've managed to do is buy local fruit/vegetable juices from a local store called Juicer Heroes. These juices have at least 1-3 pounds of produce per juice! This ensures that I'm getting the much needed vitamins/nutrients daily.

  • I'm having the same issue with my heart rate monitor! Worked out for 33 minutes, average heart rate was 179 bpm and yet it says I only burned 54 calories....no idea if that's accurate or not!
