lol...I have two big dogs so it takes about an hour only one one has lots of hair......After that one dies (he is 13) I am so get another boxer...OMG so easy to care for the hardest part is getting her in our bath tub then it takes like 15 minutes if that and she is done...love it.

try to eat as many veggies as possible there and at a restraunt I usually order meat and veggies (no crazy low calorie meals) If I am at someones house hey try bring fruit with you or just eat a small before you get there that way you donot go crazy with whatever is provided.

Not sure what exactly your injury is (back?) but try swimming one of the best all around exercises and low impact.....Or hey why not ask your doctor.

Jillian also has a yoga video (yoga meltdown love it only 30 minutes) and a video called shred it wit weight (It uses the kettlebell very fun and a great around workout only 25 minutes) both videos are faster then alot of other toning videos maybe that is part of the reason you think toning is slow movements.

Biking, walking swimming, my son taking judisu and loves it...oh and last weekend he and the little girl across the street flew a kite.....They run back and forth for like two hours...tell me that wasn't good exercise....lol.

Of course....This is a life change meaning this is the way I want to live for the rest of my life......I don't plan to stop completely doing holidays.....so what if I gain 1 ilb due to hanging out with my family....You just allow yourself a little holiday.

I did p90x and an hour walk a day...It felt great!!!!.....My question is she have a heart monitor because I use mine during all exercise.....That way I know how much to eat.

If you are "starving" perhapts you aren't eating enough veggies or too high calorie foods.....Alot of people eat back like half their exercise calories and feel just fine...maybe try eating like 1350...that would give you an extra snack...oh and maybe up your protein....protein feels you up and gives good energy.

Oh and the most amazing advise I ever heard was that we should eat the rainbow everyday....ROY G BIV....Red orange yellow green blue and purple...The colors indicate the nitritients in each....A green vegetable or fruit has similiar nitritients and so on with the other colors.....EI Variety is the spice of life.

For one thing it should be a varety of fruits...berries are better on sugar....So one of my two daily allowed fruits are berries and also just like fat or any other thing work it off everything at not set numbers but percentage of your total daily calories...and yes if i am a little over at the end of the day the world…
