I just did it like two days ago......As a p90xer I must say holy cow my arms hurts so much.......Crazy workout especially for only 25 minutes.......Kettlebells are crazy.....I was afraid it might slip out of my hand and break something.......also the dog kept walking in front of me while I was swing that thing..

I know I hate that......I hate it most around that time when things come out of my mouth that I know I would never say any other time.....The I sorry I said you weere ugly that just never works.....I usuasally try to hide as much as possible and warn people not to give me a hard time because i am not feeling well......

Changed my life so yes it is worth it.......No you don't have to do anything but it.....There 12 different workout and each version (there are 3 all included) includes cardio, abs, and strength....amazing .

Yes people should be reguardless of their size but hey.....Taking care of ones self is really important....and as far their claim discrimination based on size messes with health...ok that is just silly....we all know that it was the moment that we started taking care of ourselves that life really started being lived....

I use them....They are yummy, give energy (B12), and most of the time I think they help with craving some.....I use them mostly for the b12 energy boost.

Its about how hard you are working.....keeping your heart rate up....I sometimes burn as much 1100 ca in 50-60 minutes....It just depends on the video I am doing.

I know the old school of thought was exercise 3 times a week....well...You really should exercise atleast 5 to really make a difference and hey if you guys are looking to tone it is time to breakout the weights....get some hand weights and hey a chinup bar and any video that uses those and do weights atleast 2 days a wekk…

womens health magazine has lots of core exercises....Crunches are hard but just trying builds muscles you need to do them.

Just make sure you are having somthing for breakfast...oh make sure you get some protein......Try to cut back perhaps a bit on dinner and spread your calories around a little more...baby steps......When I started watrching my sugar intake I started by cutting it down just a bit at a time.....I think it is easier that…

I like sun crystals.....It is half sugar and half stevia.....Quite tasty and with everything being bad for us now a days or if not today tomorrow....This is a smaller amt of each.

Also Wendy's Ultimate chicken sandwhich is very filling and not bad as a meal only 370 ca...I only drink water which helps too.
