greek yogurt is awesome....I use the plain on my baked potatoes can't really tell the difference between it and sour cream.

At 126 you don't have that much to loose....so the closer you get to your goal the harder it is to loose....6 ibls in a week for you is dangerous....6ibls for 250ibl man would be doable...2 ibls is the max you should shoot for in a week.....be happy at 124...that is awesome for your birthday.....weight isn't puton in a day…

It really depends on how hard you are working...I burn more calories while walking my dog then the website gives....BTW I bought my HRM are walmart for $27...while not the most awesome one it gets the job done just fine.

I like dannon.....I keep it all the time because hey it does taste like yogrut...my husband even likes it....we eat it on baked potatoes....my 8 year old son loves to eat it with honey and strawberries....I am really wanting to use it in other dishes....it is awesome.

yes you should eat a snack....pack a mini meal a half sandwhich a pita pocket with some protein.....hey even a protein shake.....eating a small healthy meal will also keep your dinner calories down...you should need seconds....I do this with pizza...when I eat it I have a protein shake with it and I don't eat as much..

I eat a small breakfast and hey today it was oatmeal but my best pre meal is I blend a cup of coffee, 1/4 cup of whatever milk, 1/2 cup of water, and a 1/2 scoop of protein powder....My power 'latte' gives me that extra kick and I usually burn atleast 100 Ca more.... Usually afterwards I eat lunch.

you can always make your own pesto and leave out the cheese.......olive oil, basil, oregano, pine nuts...etc....goolge pesto and just omit cheese.

One small thing that could help a little but you must take this weightloss thing serious and yes you cannot starve yourself is...when I eat crap I drink a protein powder with water with it...it feel me up quicker so I don't so much crap.

Last year I put out a fresh veggie plate with ranch dip (low caorie they don't have to know) and my family liked it........hey what about baked potaoes....We have been using greek yogrut instead of sour cream and my husband loves it....Also I think you could make a dip for veggies with the yogrut.

I don't know any but I bought my HRM at walmart for $27.....Also on walmart.com there is one with a chest strap for $33......My HRM is fine....it keeps track of calories, HR, and tells you the percentage of your max HR which is very important....I don't know how long you have had that HRM but maybe you could return it.

everyday....It helps keep me motivated.....I do not allow myself a day off....no excuses for me or I will make excuses all the time and also I feel much better when I workout...the few days I haven't...I feel like crap.

You are the only one that you need to make happy.....I think when I get to my goal I will paying close attention to my weight and yes if I gain 5 ilbs I will exercise harder and pay closer attention to my diet......The clothes that are too big now are my never again clothes...I mean it.

A HRM is so much easier and honestly you will not know how many you are burning until you do.....When doing the same exercise video I have never burned the same number of calories.

I even measure my sons food (he is 8)....I want him to know what a serving is...really once you have done it for awhile it isn't too bad...it is normal everyday life and worth it.
