Sometimes you just have to pay the piper.....I chew gum and sometimes that helps....also drink lots of water and go exercise.

I started try to log it under strength train but as you see it doesn't do anything to the calories so I now just log it under cardio call anything you want....Yes the key is to have a HRM.....I use mine for every exercise no matter what it is....ok well not all I mean I haven't brought it in the bedroom YET....lol

That really stinks....I don't know about leg injuries but I had some sort of should thing (from all the pushups) and it really hurt for a few weeks but I just took it easy on it and now it is fine...hopefully it will be the same for you.....Do you know where there is an indoor pool....swimming is one of the best total body…

What about some sort of sea weed wrap?....Go to a spa and I think basically it compacts the fat...so you loose inches......It isn't perament but it should do the trick for your gig then later you can loose the pounds safely.

Get a Heart rate monitor...it is the greastest thing ever...It doesn't have be expensive....I bought mine at walmart for $27....It doesn't have a chest strap but it gets the job done....There is one with a chest strap on the walmart website for $33.

It sounds too simple but you have to just not allow yourself excuses.....Exercise makes the easier.....Ex if you want the treat...you better workout...Once you exercise for a couple of weeks you will feel the difference....I just feel better when I do it....more energy...sometimes it makes my headache go away...
