Thank you people! One more question- If vodka will get me out of ketosis, does that mean I'll experience the infamous "low carb flu" all over again? Cause I'm having a REALLY hard time getting used to ketosis- I'm light headed, nauseus, have no energy etc.

Thank you for the reply:) It's just that- when I said I didn't do it the healthy way, I didn't mean starving. I ate about 1000-1200, but those calories came from crappy food, not enough veggies and fruits, drinking A LOT of coffee and having only 2-3 big meals per day. I wouldn't eat breakfast, just drink coffee with milk…
