Bhajees are usually deep fried and very fattening. I don't think I've ever had them dry fried and I'm sure a lot of the restaurants deep fry them too. Wild Alaskan Salmon is very low in mercury and safe for daily consumption. I wouldn't eat any other salmon regularly but am fine with eating Wild Alaskan a few times a week.
