I love my Alta too! Band is VERY easy to change. I like how small it is yet has great features like screen, call/text preview, silent alarms and reminders. Doesn't have HR or stairs - but I didn't need those. Mine has definitely encouraged me to walk more and park further away from store, etc.

Today is taco salad - taco meat on top of bed of cabbage (I like the crunch that cabbage has and the added vitamins), salsa, sour cream. I'm out avocados :-(

I FORGOT to eat lunch today!!! I thought those skinny b!tches that "claim" to forget to eat were just lying (and they may be), but I am just so dang satisfied with this WOE. It is so nice!!!! I was out running errands and happened to look at the clock and couldn't believe it was 2:00!

I have read the book and agree it is VERY vague. I don't like the constantly eating thing bc that means I'm constantly hungry. If you are wanting to lower your carbs, lower them and replace with fat. It will keep you full longer. I do LCHF but you don't have to go to that extreme - just ease your ratios a little at a time…

I would suggest really reading up on keto/LCHF and see if its really something you think you can do. It's not for everyone. Don't do it JUST to lose the weight. I like the Mexican places like Chipotle where you can get a bowl - no rice or beans. Steak Big caesar salad with protein (no croutons) Several places we like have bacon wrapped shrimp as an appetizer. I get that as my meal with a side salad.
