I know it sounds daft, but what helps me is a cheat meal. I went from having major weekend long binges to only having one meal "bad" food, because it's allowed. Instead of feeling deprived and losing control I've got something to look forward to. I go all Saturday looking forward to my cheat meal, and it makes me stay on…

I don't log spices, or single sachets of Stevia or a few drops liquid Stevia, gum, green tea or sugar free cordial.

I lost about 40 pounds on Keto over two years with no exercise. I've gained it back on now cause I'm not on Keto anymore, for the only reason that I don't know how to successfully workout and Keto at the same time. Been researching refeeds etc, but it never worked for me. :P

Different things work for different people. Calorie counting works for me.

I workout when my son is at school. This only works because I only work part time though. If I exercise at night I make sure my boyfriend is home to take care of the kid. :) I would never leave him on his own. He's only 5 though...

Anything nut based. Peanut butter, almond butter, cashew butter, plain nuts, salted nuts, coated nuts. Nutty nuts. I can't keep them in the house.
