I try to run about 15 miles a week and I really recommend C25K I thinks it's very user friendly and a great way to start a running program. One of the most important things to do in being able to run continuously is to set a pace that's comfortable, most people start off way to fast. Hope this helps

I was born and raised in northern Ohio so i kinda know what the weather is like there. Now I live in Kentucky so it's not as cold here. I have several of the cold gear jackets that Under Armour makes that i wear which are pretty good for both kinds of weather.

I've been using the LG HBS700 stereo headset they have a pretty good sound and lightweight because they rest on your neck. Pretty cool design they vibrate when you receive phone calls and have a built in microphone.

I just got a pair of Brooks PureFlow and love them best shoes I've ever had for running!
-
I use Splenda and a non-dairy creamer and it's only 35 calories and I grind my own beans. Usually I use Starbucks House Blend. Good luck!
-
I dont have flat feet but I bought the Brooks PureFlow about a month ago and they rock!
-
Make a plan of the route you want to take and C25K is a great program to use and a comfortable pair of shoes is a necessity. But the easiest way to start is to open the door and head out. I'm not trying to be sarcastic but the hardest part is that first step outside. Good luck and enjoy the open road!
-
Is there any other way?
-
I totally agree with this! I just bought a pair of Brooks PureFlow and they felt great from the first step.
-
Good shoes is a must, c25k is a great tool and then the hardest part open the door and start running! Just remember its not how fast you go or how far you go if you run your a runner. Good luck and enjoy!

Road trip! It's well worth it!

I just read the 2012 shoe review in Runners World magazine and it said that Brooks Pure Flow was the best shoe for the money at $90. Hope that helps you.
