Are the adjustments that fitbit are sending MFP fairly accurate? maybe my activity level is a little more than what I thought originally?

MFP is the only place i am logging food. it is transferring over to the fitbit side.

They are synced together. They are fairly close calorie wise, so does this mean that I can follow either and be right on track?

Sorry if this has been asked before, but I just got the Charge HR and had a question about the Food and the "zones". It tells me that i am "in the zone" but in the next line down, it says that I have 445 calories to go. If i log another food in MFP that is less that this 440, it tells me that I am over budget. What do you…

I am also familiar with what you are going through. I just found a picture of myself back in 1998 when I entered high school and I would love to go back to that weight. I am 30 years old, mother of 1, and can't seem to get that weight off. I am about 240 give or take, but I wear a size 20 because I am extremely bottom…

Thanks for some of these tips. I am also plateauing and it is driving me nuts!! I noticed though that I ate "worse" yesterday and I lost 1.6 lbs. Go figure. Keep those tips coming!!! :-)

Glad to see this posting. I do the same thing and get highly criticized by some people. I agree with it being portion control. I ate out twice today because of what we were doing and I still have 400 calories at the end of the day. I just watched what I ate, but ate what I wanted! I am down 10 but will be down a lot more!…

Do you really find that the calorie intake at http://www.freedieting.com/tools/calorie_calculator.htm works better than what MFP shows? It is almost 200 calories more than what they are giving me. hmm...I have been having a problem the past few weeks with losing weight too. I have been gaining little bits at a time...

Thank you so much for the great advice everyone! i really am looking forward to reading more and talking to my OB/GYN about switching this out. I don't think I need the hormones anymore (or at least as much) and i would rather NOT be putting things in my body that may be harming me! I really and truly think that it is…

By the way, if anyone wants to friend me, I am always looking to find more friends to help and help me in this process! :-)

Thanks for the comments so far! i have the 1st Zumba right now. I figured that I could master these moves and then maybe I could ask for it for my Birthday! :-) I have been putting the belt on my waist...maybe that is a big problem. I am going to try putting it lower on my hips. Thanks!

I agree with you guys. I love the show but this season's contestants are really ticking me off!! I can't stand Conda either. I tell you if there is much more drama, I am done for the season.

I usually watch my breakfast and then really, I eat what I want (in moderation) when I am out. I have found that I eat less than I used to, so this meal can be easily cut in half! Then I always make sure that I have a good workout to burn off some calories that night. My husband and I went to Red Lobster yesterday for…

Here here! You better believe that if my family is going out to dinner, I am still going to eat what I want. I still eat dessert. I have just watched the calories and when I know that we are going out to dinner, I look at the website and do some calorie checking. When I ate most of my meal previously, I am now eating half…

I have a 2.5 year old as well! :-) I sent you a friend request if you would like to add me!
