completely agree with you, but anything above 1400 doesn't seem to work for me, and i've been testing out my calories for quite some time now.
-
just downloaded happy scale. so stoked to start using it.
-
i know, my friends keep telling me that. yeah starting tomorrow i'll only weigh myself once in the morning.
-
thank you so much everyone for the replies. i was getting frustrated with these fluctuations but you're right, it's completely normal. i knew this. i think i just needed some sense talked back into me.
-
thank you for showing me this. this made me feel so much better. i am getting a little obsessed, and i'm starting to weigh myself like 2-4 times a day to see the fluctuations.
-
it honestly does. i think partially due to sodium intake or bloating, but it takes like a full week to get rid of it. like the title implies, i'm super sensitive when it comes to the scale it seems :(

so basically don't go over at all, if i want to keep this going strong.

congrats on being absolutely no help and not even bothering to read the posts.
-
thank you very much! :) best of luck to you as well!
-
..I know. that's why I made this thread lol
-
you've been such a big help :) thank you!

sorry to hear, feel free to add me for support. just go one day at a time

i'm glad you understand :) I needed something i could do at home just to help me get started. even if i get home at 9:30 at night after a full day of school then work, a 10-20 minute arm, ab or legs workout is better than doing nothing. my days are pretty active with walking due to work but i think my body has gotten used…

I just looked it up, it looks awesome! pop sugar looks amazing as well :) thanks guys!

I work 50 hours a week for a practicum, and have 3 hour classes. I also have 8 hour lab classes and an exam worth 20% every single week. so for my own sanity, no, at this moment in my life, i don't have the time. it's hard enough juggling all this with counting calories but i'm not adding another thing to my plate. if you…

hmm you guys might be right about the strict thing now that i think about it. it's always hard to admit when you're the reason it's not working :( stress does seem to get the best of me during some months but i do always try to log and stay within my limit.
-
I completely agree. I was thinking i'd look into it during the summer when i'm done school. Thanks for the suggestions!
-
i'll add you!
-
that doesn't sound like such a cheat! for me at least haha
-
i completely agree. i was just wondering first hand from people if they find it helps keep them going. i know sometimes if i have a cheat meal, my cravings for the following days seem to go up quite a bit and i wonder if i should not have one.
-
wow, you're awesome

Days off, i'm pretty sedentary due to studying and exams so i stick around 1300-1400. days i work i'm pretty active and can eat up to 1600-1700. i fluctuate a lot but i've lost about 5 lbs in a month and a half.

i'm so sorry to hear about your troubles. it's not hard dealing with this. I will say this is a REALLY hard situation because when i'm stressed with anything, it's so easy to say "screw it" ultimately it's your choice and your body, but i will let you know that life will always throw us **** situations. I heard someone…

hahaha agreed. i'll set a limit for myself ;)
