Considering I had one day totally off the rails, consuming an entire block of chocolate and a whole pepperoni pizza, I'm very happy with the progress so far! But I do find that because I have a lot to lose, the first few come off very easily..after the first week or two is when the real stuff begins0 -

I weighed in yesterday morning and I was actually a little surprised to see a loss because I hadn't done my best that week. I'm happy about it though! And then I proceeded to have a little cheat day. I have been so off track lately. I've decided that I'm not going to drink for this month and see if it helps me. I tend to overeat when I drink, and the added calories aren't my favorite thing in the world. I was down to 141.5 until I went to Los Angleles for a couple weeks and then my weight went up to 145. I hope joining this group helps!!!0 -
