Considering I had one day totally off the rails, consuming an entire block of chocolate and a whole pepperoni pizza, I'm very happy with the progress so far! But I do find that because I have a lot to lose, the first few come off very easily..after the first week or two is when the real stuff begins0 -

I weighed in yesterday morning and I was actually a little surprised to see a loss because I hadn't done my best that week. I'm happy about it though! And then I proceeded to have a little cheat day.
