Ok, so I didn't make 5 lbs this month but I know I haven't been quite as focused either, so it's ok. I'm still headed in the right direction even though it is slow progress. And I achieved something else - I finally hit my 10 lbs lost mark! Very excited about that!! Good job to everyone who did well, and to those like me who didn't quite make it, hopefully we can do better in November!!0 -
Okay, I have to say I was sceptical about making this but I did it! Checking in here helped. I also got a fit bit zip along the way and I love having all the data. It sinks beautifully with MFP. It helps keep me motivated and away from that slice of chocolate cake at the end of the day.
