    Getting restarted on my healthy life again. Too many changes in the wrong direction over the past few years and it has finally scared me into making positive changes.

    October 1, 2014.

    At the gym at 5:45 this morning: 30 min back exercises, 45 minute HIIT on the elliptical: 30 seconds all out, 30 seconds recovery and 1 min build up to full throttle. Repeat every two minutes.

    B-L and D in my office: Oats and yogurt for breakfast, salmon and cabbage for lunch, chicken breast and zucchini for dinner.

    I am going to deflate 6 lbs in October. Got an extra 20 to unload.

    I was looking for this group after some time away. :)

    SW: 193.6 lbs.

    I am hoping to actually lose a bit more. Some of the initial weight from the initial weigh in may be water weight or stress weight. I will be happy to just be moving in the right direction again and getting life back on track after a very stressful year so far. (Thus the massive weight gain.)
