It doesn't matter, wear what you want! If you dont feel comfy in just lycra for the world to see you, wear baggy shorts. Usually baggy for MTB and full lycra for Road. Ride Safe!

Water water water, as long as you are eating the right amount of calories, most of the time hunger pains are usually dehydration. Your brain cannot tell the difference between them and sends the same signal as hunger. Food for thought. . . . . lol

I have one or two tatts that have meaning. but the rest of them are just things that i thought were cool. i love my tatts an my wife has 2 half sleeves which are very sexy! More of her tatts have meaning and some are just beautiful and cool.

Good for you ! enduros are hard! I race mountain and road, i have never done an enduro but you must of have a good riding partner. Now you know you can do it, nothing will stop you ! MuHahahahahahaha

CONGRATULATIONS ! It is hard to quit. I tried at least 100 times. Every day is a stuggle but it gets easier. Once you are fre you feel like a million dollars. Exercise is easier and more fun. You wont stink. Good luck stick with it you can do it.

It's good to see you back. My proress has been good, P90X-2 is going good. It's a different work out thats for sure. The weather has been nice here so i have been out cycling. Just trying to keep on track every day.

That is a beautiful rant! Remember 1 out of 5 adults are clinicly obese. They will all tell you that you need to stop or that your"too" skinny now and look sick. Tattoos are for FREAKS! don't do it! LOL Kidding. Dont listen to anyone it's your desision and your body. Just remember that people DO look at you differently when you have tattoos. It might be the "in" thing now but the fad will fade and you need to be comfortable with having it the rest of your life.

Eating Properly is number 1 then. . . Crunches, Planks, Burpees, on and on and on and good core work. I do abs 4-5 days a week about 15-20 minutes, but intense. P90x abs, P90x-2 abs, Insanity abs, insanity Cardio abs. They are hard to get and easy to lose. Keep going and you will have the body you want, it just takes time…

My wife and i are both on MFP. We train together once a week with a trainer. At home when I'm spinning she pulls the treadmill beside me, were doing different things but at least we are together. Some times it hard to talk though when shes running up hill or im sprinting to the finish. Any time together is good time.
