Good for you, take on the challange. P90 is hard but yes you can modify all the moves until you get stronger. Try new work outs or videos, CRANK the music! Put up posters in your work out space. We all have days where we don't want to work out or feel BLA! it's more common then you think. OK so, x-2 core and Plyocide. They are ok but i find that there is alot of down time inbetween exercises. I am pushing but the motivation is lacking. Tony is trying to be funny all the time and it's aready getting anoying. I will stick with it. I might add some Asylum or Spinning after P90X-2.

I found that MFP has probably helped me the most. Just being more aware of what and when i am eating has help with the toning. P90x is for muscle building and insanity is for toning and cardio, if you want to build lean muscle do Asylum that is the next step after insanity. that program also has calenders to mix Asylum and P90x. asylum is awesome.

I'm a chef, my hours are never the same. Some days are 16 hours some are 6 hours. sometimes 2 days off a week, sometimes long streches of 15-20 days in a row. it is really hard to keep a schedule with family forget eating.

I have done both P90x, Insanity and Asylum. I find P90x to be more muscle building, insanity is more to get the long lean toned look.
