I plateaued somewhere between Alpha and Beta round, but I think Gamma is going to kill me. Did my first workout in that phase today.

Started today, Speed 3.0....and it nearly killed me. Burpees!!!! Planning on doing the regular Gamma and then the Hybrid Gamma calendar, I will keep you updated. Thank you for the kind comments.

It differs quite a bit from Insanity though, because Focus T25 has you focus more on your form, and the body part you are working, where as Insanity Shaun has you doing as many moves you can in a certain amount of time without a lot of regard for speed. I followed the "grunge" scene for many years, and was always a bit of a loner. Good for me I grew up to be something when a good majority of the nerds and preppies didn't. Take that society that always told me I wouldn't amount to anything. ;)

I typically reserve my rest day as my "cheat day". I try to not overdo it, but I use this day to eat out, or have something I normally would deny myself, in a reasonable portion, without feeling bad about it, or beating myself up over it. I don't count calories that day, or I wouldn't ever have a cheat day.

You don't have a perineural cyst that is asymptomatic other than when you put pressure on it do you?? I've suffered from those. Might be worth investigating. I am on week 3 of the Beta phase (8 weeks in total). I love the program, but after the first few weeks, I've plateaued out and haven't gotten really awesome results. I find strapless and sticky cups are worthless. I am a D/DD and I might as well go braless, they provide no uplift or support and my boobs are still down to my belly button it seems. :(
