Edited: Didn't see your portion of the post above about not being on birthcontrol. My mistake. Sorry.... If you vomited up your birth control meds, or haven't taken it on schedule from being sick, that could certainly lead to some spotting. Same thing happened to me this month. Missed a day, started spotting.

My favorite so far has been the acusation that I have an eating disorder, because daily exercise and counting calories is un-natural and unhealthy. I am not anorexic or bulemic, but to some people, I still have an eating disorder.

I guess I should have added I am a pollo vegetarian (eat chicken only). I think this may be part of my problem.

are you eating back your exercise calories?? 1200 calories seems really low, and with all that exercise, you probably need to eat MORE to lose.

I did the entire Alpha, Beta and Gamma phase, then did the Pure Strength Gamma calender of T25 too. I lost around 6 inches, and about 2.5 lbs. I've not done the program for a month or so. Last time I popped in one of the Alpha DVDs that got easy by the time I got to Gamma, it had become really hard. Proof that I improved…

I did the entire T25 program (Gamma phase included) and didn't see results until after the first 3-4 weeks. I didn't lose but just a few lbs. over three months, but my endurance and stamina improved immensly and my belly got a bit flatter. Didn't change clothes sizes, didn't lose tons of inches, but I gained a lot more…
