Hello All, I had VSG on 9/14/11. On August 1 I weighed in at 370 lbs. I did a pre-surgery diet for 6 weeks before the actual surgery and lost 20 lbs....it was the most difficult and frustrating 6 weeks and a fight to get through it. Since surgery i have lost another 30 lbs.
