Recalculating!!

I second that...everything will be different and weird and it takes 2 - 3 month before your stomach is really healing and eating becomes some semblance of normal. Once a week, usually in Saturday....our weight naturally fluctuates through the day, so once a week gives me a good idea of how things are going and if i need to make changes.

I had VSG on 9/14/11.....glad to meet others!

Hello All, I had VSG on 9/14/11. On August 1 I weighed in at 370 lbs. I did a pre-surgery diet for 6 weeks before the actual surgery and lost 20 lbs....it was the most difficult and frustrating 6 weeks and a fight to get through it. Since surgery i have lost another 30 lbs.
