I have to weigh everyday too. I want to go to weekly, but I am so close to getting in the 140's I just want to see it. Once I get to the 140's I will put it away and just weigh weekly.

I had already planned on doing my 2 hours of Zumba tonight (fun Friday night class for me :) But I think I will take a break from cardio for the holiday weekend maybe that will help. Thanks for the suggestions :)

I am so glad to see this topic. In the last 4 weeks I have only lost 3 pounds. The last 2 weeks I have been losing and gaining the same weight and I am getting frustrated! I stay within my calories. I workout alot (running, Zumba and light hand weight work) 3-5 times a week for anywhere from 30-60 minutes and I eat those…

I love Zumba and I go to classes 3-5 times a week. I sweat more doing Zumba than running 3 miles :)
